The Ripple Cut Black Pepper Slab Style Jerky.. The ripple cut jerky slab style is thinly sliced jerky. Approximately 1/16 of an inch thick. ( can vary) Slab style jerky is the most commonly known jerky. (see photo left) The ripple cut black peppered jerky has a good moister content, texture is old school wild west style, but still not hard like store bought jerky. No tough as shoe leather jerky here. The ripple cut black pepper jerky is premium cut, with a clear cracked pepper flavor. And the hardy robust ripple cut taste. The ripple cut black pepper jerky is one of my personal favorites.
