4- Potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1 inch pieces (or use a few small red potatoes)
1- Small bag of baby carrots
½ - cup chopped onions
1- tsp salt
¼ - tsp pepper
1- can (28 oz) Baked Beans – in BBQ sauce if you want … or just regular is great too!
Directions:
1) Cover the bottom of a 3 ½ to 4 qt slow cooker with the water (just enough to cover the bottom of the slow cooker because of the dehydrated meat!!)
2) Place the other ingredients on top of each other in the order above and spoon the beans right from the can over the top of all the ingredients. Do NOT Stir!!
3) Cover & cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or until the beef, potatoes & carrots are tender!!
You will smell it all over the place!! Mmmmmmm so good!!
If you are like me … there is always a crowd around when they hear that this stew is being made … so just double or triple the ingredients and get yourself a bigger slow cooker!!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees...grease the Pizza Pan with Pam. Put the pizza crust on the pizza pan (please make sure that it's flat over the pizza pan to put your toppings on). Spoon the tomato sauce or pizza sauce on the crust. Add the cheese, jerky and the veggies (you can substitute the veggies to what you like if you choose). Bake for 20 minutes.

Fruit Cake
Purchase box of any type of cake mix
Purchase a variety of the fruit stix (slice them small)
1 can of frosting
Follow the directions on the box of cake mix then add the sliced fruit stix (I do a variety of them). Bake according to the directions.
Let it cool and add frosting and on top center, add more fruit stix for decorations.
Open the Cresonts and roll out flat and separate them. Then put your Beef Stix or Turkey Nuggets or Jerky on each of the cresonts. Add the cheese, roll and put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
8 ounces sharp Cheddar, cut into very small chunks
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Trim off the large leaves from the broccoli stem. Remove the tough stalk at the end and wash broccoli head thoroughly. Cut the head into flowerets and the stem into bite size pieces. Place in a larege bowl. Add beef stix, onion and cheese. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to broccoli mixture and toss gently.

1/4 c. crumbled feta or shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
2 tbsps chopped pitted ripe olives
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 c. Hickory Shredded Buffalo Jerky
Remove stem ends on tomatoes. Cut crosswise in half. Arrange cut sides up in circle in microwavable pie plate. Salt and pepper tomatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 2 minutes. Rotate plate 1/2 turn. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over tomatoes. Re-cover and microwave 2 minutes or until tomatoes are hot and cheese is melted.
